DreamBot Script Builder is an AI-powered platform that helps users create, manage, and deploy scripts for DreamBot. The Service includes script generation, version control, compilation, and deployment features.

- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated

6. Intellectual Property
Scripts you create using the Service remain your intellectual property. However, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your scripts to provide the Service
- Use anonymized data to improve our AI models and Service
- Display your public scripts in community features (if you choose to make them public)
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited.
